This little piece is like a painting on a shirt. I got it off of a lighthouse blanket that I made a sweater out of and decided to try and get another piece out of the blanket. I added the lace closures on either side to add a little bit of size variety to it. I did not add any darts for larger chests so this would most likely be perfect for someone with a little bit of a smaller chest. It works perfect for me but I am pretty flat. The laces allow you to adjust the sizing slightly and it would be delightful styled with any kind of denim. The fabric itself is 20" wide and 21" long from top of strap. Officially it sizes as a S/M
